SOLD!! As the beauty of spring unfolds in our beautiful City, the number of sold signs we are seeing on various properties is increasing! In February 2009, 8% of the Residential listings sold on our Chilliwack Board, (125 properties), while for the month of March 2009, we have seen a positive and welcome increase of almost 35%, with 176 Residential sales.
